In 2015, I took my interest and love for avian species to the next level by breeding as a hobby. Over the years with countless numbers of hours into researching genetics, and avian diseases, the hobby grew and grew! To this day my love for the avian species has not diminished but keeps increasing. We are dedicated to being knowledgeable on avian genetics as well as conducting full disease panels on every bird that lives in our aviary. We strive to produce the healthiest and best quality baby for your home!

Yes, refunds are processed only if an order is cancelled within 24 hours of placement. However, you can cancel an order for future store credit, any time after the initial 24 hours provided it's done at least 24 hours before the order is scheduled to be shipped.

While our services are open to Pet Stores, Distributors, and Individual Families looking to add an addition to their home, we do not have a location open to the public due to bio-security concerns. However, we are able to meet locally at 2085 SC-86 Piedmont, SC 29673, deliver your baby for free within 20 miles from the stated local address, or ship your baby to you Via Express Overnight Shipping or Delta Cargo.

We offer several different shipping options to get your baby to you safely. 1. Express Overnight Shipping - Our current shipping days for this option are Tuesdays and Wednesdays. (1-2 Days) 2. Same-day Cargo Shipping (Delta Cargo) - If you wish to have your baby shipped via airline, please contact us first so we can get all of the necessary arrangements set prior to an online purchase. Our shipping fee via delta cargo is $200. 3. Local Delivery / Pickup - We are located in Upstate, SC and are willing to meet locally at 2085 SC-86, Piedmont, SC 29673 free of charge. While shipping delays beyond our control can occur, they are quite rare. Nonetheless, we take measures to ensure the bird's comfort, and safety by providing sufficient food and water in our shipping container to last a minimum of three days.

Mini Macaws and More Guarantees your Baby will Arrive Alive and Healthy. In the very unlikely event that the bird passes away while in transit, we will request a video of the deceased bird to be sent to us and we will replace or refund the bird at no cost. If you suspect the bird arrived ill, we ask that you immediately take the bird to a licensed avian veterinarian within 48 hours to be examined. In the rare and unlikely event that the avian vet documents that the bird is not healthy due to the breeder, we will replace the bird at no cost to you. Veterinarian documentation will be required.
