At Mini Macaws and More, we strive to provide you with the healthiest hand tamed babies possible.
We pride ourselves in providing full disease test panels on all aviary parents to ensure the health and safety of your baby as well as your existing avian companions.
We are USDA licensed, and have an attending Veterinarian to further ensure the health of our babies!

Our Mission
Our Mission is to provide families with the healthiest birds possible. We achieve this by providing our aviary birds with a higher level of care than most would consider necessary. By providing large cages with vegetation, fresh nesting boxes and a constant supply of food and water, we get young babies that are happy and healthy.
Another key factor that is often overlooked due to high costs and the high amount of labor time is disease testing. Far too many times we hear that a family brought home a new member of the family from a pet store only to have that baby (or an existing pet) unfortunately die due to an unknown disease that the baby carried.
We rigorously test every bird that enters our aviary to guarantee the health and biosecurity of our birds and their babies.

Our Vision
Our vision as animal enthusiasts is to bring light into the aviculture world, and to challenge as well as encourage all breeders in any industry to take the extra steps to ensure the health and safety of their animals.
It is our goal to spread awareness on avian diseases, and we hope to one day see pet stores require disease panels from breeders before accepting babies.
This would slowly reverse the ongoing issue that lies within the lack of disease testing.
